Claire + Terenz

OSSINGTON AVE ENGAGEMENT

Claire's sister Kate was my next door neighbour, along with now husband Matt, for a couple years when my wife, two kids and I lived in a condo on Queen East. I photographed Kate and Matt's wedding, which is where I met Claire and Terenz. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this group of people, Kate, Matt, Claire, Terenz, their respective families and friends, are just about the nicest group to have all gathered in the same place at the same time, maybe ever. Claire and Kate have such similar dispositions that during the engagement session I mistakingly called Claire "Kate." When I quickly apologized and corrected myself, she laughed and said, "Our mom does it all the time." We kept the photo session very casual, mostly just walking on Ossigton Ave, drinking coffee, chatting, and stopping when we saw good light on quiet side-streets and in laneways.
